The audit trail keeps everything. Who touched what, at what time, from which screen. Even the one who deletes leaves a trace.

Audit trail: who changed what, and when

Six ways to cheat. None of them work.

  1. Cancel an invoice that's already paid, and keep the cash.

Refused. To give money back you need a credit note, which leaves its own record.

  2. Turn the computer's clock back to backdate a sale.

No effect. The time that counts is the server's.

  3. Delete the sale from the shop's file.

Impossible. There is no file in the shop: everything is on the server.

  4. Walk out twice with the same receipt.

The second pass at the door is refused.

  5. Leave the till open all night.

MonGerant closes it itself, and flags that this drawer must be counted.

  6. Sell below the price, to a friend.

The invoice waits for a manager's approval, and it's written in the log.

The questions people ask us.

Will I be asked for money on installation day?
No. Nobody from our side will ask you for a single franc before the three months are up. If someone does in our name, don't pay, and call us on +237 650 37 84 50.
Why is it free? What's the catch?
There isn't one. After three months with MonGerant, we know you won't want to go back to the notebook. We would rather show you than promise you.
Do I have to give my card or my Mobile Money number?
No. We never ask for a card, an account or a payment number. Nothing can be charged without you.
And if, after three months, I don't want to carry on?
You pay nothing and you owe nothing. We hand you all your data: items, sales, customers, stock.
Do I have to buy equipment?
We install on what you already have: computer, Android tablet, receipt printer, scanner. If something is missing, we advise you, but we don't sell you anything.
Is this written down anywhere?
Yes, in our terms of sale, articles 4 and 7. What this page says, we commit to in writing.

Our recommendation

Pay for the year

2 months free

You pay for ten months, you get twelve.

  • Sending e-mails included, all year.
  • Training for one person, free.
  • A number that answers you first, all year.

One shop: 99,970 FCFA for the year, instead of 119,964. You keep 19,994.

Two options, if you need them.

Included during the three-month trial. After that, only if you keep them.

Sending e-mails

A forgotten password, an employee's first login, an invoice sent to a customer: the software's e-mails go out on their own.

2 000FCFA / month

File storage

Everything you put into the software: your logo, your product photos, your invoices, your stocktake and debt documents, and all the rest. Kept somewhere safe.

5 000FCFA / month

Your price is locked. For the first 50 businesses, the monthly price never goes up, for as long as you stay subscribed.

A question before you decide? Message us on WhatsApp, at +237 650 37 84 50

Prices in CFA francs. What is free covers one site, two people and three hundred items. An extra site costs 25,000 FCFA, an extra person to train 15,000 FCFA, always stated beforehand. After the fiftieth business, setup, training and onboarding become paid again. The three-month trial stays free for everyone.
