The service is for businesses
MonGerant is designed, sold and made available for the purposes of a business activity. It is not offered to consumers, and consumer contract rules do not apply to our relationship.
Availability and security: a best-efforts undertaking
We use reasonable, state-of-the-art means to keep the service available and your data protected. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or impregnability: no serious publisher can, and we would rather write it down than let you believe otherwise.
Your data is yours
What you enter into MonGerant belongs to you. We host it, we do not sell it, we do not use it for anything else. Export it regularly: that is the one precaution we ask you to take yourself.
